Care
Please read the following basics of contact lens care:
STEP 1 - Before you handle contacts, wash and rinse your hands with a mild soap so that you don't transfer dirt and germs to your eye. Dry your hands with a clean, lint-free towel.
STEP 2 - Remove one lens and clean it with the disinfecting solution, eye drops, and enzymatic cleaners your doctor recommends. Rub it gently with your index finger in the palm of your other hand. Please note that some eye products or eye drops aren't safe for contact wearers.
STEP 3 - Rinse the lens again to remove the loosened debris. Rinsing is an important step but make sure to never put tap water directly on your lenses.
STEP 4 - Place the lens in your clean lens case or lens holder and fill with fresh solution; don't "top up" your old solution. Disinfecting kills microorganisms on the lens.
STEP 5 - Repeat steps 2 through to 4 for your other lens. Important: clean your lens case every time you use it and replace the case every 3 months.
